While we didn't get too much light on Delicate Arch itself, the mountains in the distance had this beautiful pinkish glow to them, so I moved sideways until I got the composition I wanted with the mountain peak pointing up towards the top of the inside of the arch and fired away.
We'll be on our way up to Boulder next and we actually met another road tripping photographer at the arch who lives in Longmont, about 15 min north of Boulder. I had a chance to talk to him all about life in the area and what it's like.
