I'm not sure what happened all of the sudden but we have such rich colors around campus now. The trees are almost screaming in vibrant reds, yellows, oranges, and greens. When the sun starts to set on the horizon, the glow produces this incredibly intense backlight which makes trees glow. It's fun to go stick your face right up to the leaves and take a closer look.
On a side note, I'm taking a class in abnormal psychology this semester. We discuss disorders such as schizophrenia and the like. I almost feel crazy saying that trees are screaming at me. =)
