I found that you'll frequently have the color guard and other dancers in front of the band so a lot of times you have to shoot them too, not that that's necessarily a bad thing. =)
My family and I all made a trip up to Lake Lanier this afternoon. It was really nice. Also, I made it back just in time for Salsa which was lots of fun.
One week 'till fall break! Woohoo! A bunch of my photo buddies and I are heading up to the Smoky Mountains for fall break, right at the peak of fall color. I think it's gonna be full of people, but it's a photographic heaven and perhaps one of the best places you can find on the eastern side of the US.
