Opening Day at Turner Field »

If this shot looks somewhat familiar, it should. Looking back over my shots, the flyover was 4 jets both days so I retract my previous claim of 5. =)

This site has been undergoing some significant under the hood changes. The code used to run this site was a compilation of bits of code here, globs of code there, all hacked together in a big heap leading to problems with formatting and things looking different between browsers. All of arielbravy.com has been rewritten from scratch to make it XML compliant and validate successfully. Things should work better from now on.

The portfolio section (which needs to be updated with new photos) has been upgraded to the latest version.

The Photo Map has been fixed and now works properly, albeit slowly due to having >600 images to geolocate.

Last but not least, I recently stumbled across a site with amazing immersive 3D interactive panoramic photographs. It opens up a wild array of possibilities. With my current setup, I can do cylindrical panoramas, but not the complete 360x180 degree panos which let you go all the way up and down. There's a very strong possibility that my upcoming gear upgrade will include the necessary equipment to achieve those panos. As simply a proof of concept, I stopped by the Recc today to create a pano of the lake. IMHO, this is SO much cooler than getting a single shot of a location.
