I've been doing this all day long today. For example,
"I am the air, flowing this way and that, in and out of people's bodies, supporting the birds, lovingly hugging the earth, supporting life itself." Then I took a deep breath in and felt more grateful for being able to do so than ever before.
"I am this chair, holding people up without a single complaint, serving others and doing what I do best." and I sat down on myself and thanked myself.
I spent all day exploding into spontaneous bouts of side-splitting laughter and levels of appreciation that brought tears to my eyes.
It's really incredible.
I am that I am.
