I've been really busy lately traveling around. After San Francisco, I spent a little while in LA with my IG buddies and saw David Hawkins live in Long Beach. He's a hilarious teacher and was very fun to listen to.
This past weekend I went to Sedona, AZ for a martial arts camp which was pretty amazing. It was all about opening your heart, learning about energy, enlightenment, the fact that you're not the body or mind, and connecting to your soul.
Today I drove from Phoenix, AZ up through Sedona and up into Page, where I am now, in northern Arizona. The drive up from Sedona to Flagstaff is unbelievably gorgeous. You drive through the desert snow-capped mountains and see these patches of snow, almost like little pools. The desert colors are filled with earthy tones and textures. Even the houses match the colors with sandy brown, Dedona rock red, and brush green. They blend into the environment much better than houses most everywhere else.
While passing through Sedona, I went to check out the place where David Hawkins gives his satsangs and took some pics in and around the city. This is a shot of Bell Rock in Sedona. There's a trail leading around the area, some of which I hiked to get a better look of the various rocks in the area including Courthouse Butte.
This photo starts off my road trip through Arizona. Here we go!
